A comfortable sofa creates an informal interview corner, while the glass partition connects directly to our client viewing area where up to 20 observers can watch sessions unfold. For international projects, we've installed dual-channel translation equipment that records in multiple languages simultaneously. The large presentation screen handles everything from PowerPoint decks to video playback, supported by our building-wide fibre optic connection that never drops during crucial moments. These aren't just add-ons, they're integral to how research actually happens here. Transport couldn't be simpler with Charing Cross and Embankment stations both within walking distance. We see teams arriving from across London and beyond, taking advantage of the central location to bring participants and stakeholders together efficiently. The room serves multiple purposes throughout any given week. Monday might see a product testing focus group, Tuesday brings a strategic planning workshop, and by Thursday we're hosting user experience interviews with the eye-tracking equipment from our UX lab.
