The ESEA Studio sits on the lower ground floor of our contemporary art centre, where polished wooden floors meet crisp white walls in a space that works as hard as you do. We've designed this room to shift with your needs—pull back the partition wall when you want everyone together, close it for breakout sessions when smaller groups need focus. Your presentations come to life through our projector and PA system, while the flatscreen TV offers another display option for training materials or video conferences. High-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected, and we've even kept traditional flipcharts on hand because sometimes the best ideas still happen with markers in hand. The recessed lighting creates an environment where people naturally feel alert and engaged, whether you're running a morning strategy session or an afternoon workshop. Our semi-private studio accommodates 40 colleagues theatre-style or 26 around a boardroom table. The small kitchenette tucked into wooden cabinetry means coffee breaks happen without trailing through the building. We handle catering in-house with menus that include halal, vegan, and gluten-free options, though you're welcome to bring your preferred caterers if that works better. The lift serves all floors, making every corner accessible to every guest. Recent meeting hosts have mentioned how the surrounding artwork changes the atmosphere—somehow budget discussions feel less daunting and creative workshops flow more naturally when contemporary art provides the backdrop.
