Raw creative energy pulses through our Whole Venue space, where 6,000 square feet of possibility spans two floors in the heart of Soho. We've designed this complete venue hire to give you both our striking Gallery and characterful Studio, accommodating up to 320 guests across both levels. Our Gallery commands attention with 450 square meters of pristine white walls and polished concrete floors. The semi-industrial architecture, complete with exposed ceiling beams, creates that perfect backdrop creative teams seek for product launches and fashion shows. Natural light streams through large windows, though we can control the ambiance completely when your event demands it. This ground floor space comfortably hosts 260 guests for presentations, exhibitions, or networking events. Take the stairs to our Studio and the atmosphere shifts. Here, exposed brick walls meet warm wooden floors across 120 square meters, creating that sought-after Manhattan loft feeling. We often see clients use this upper level for breakout sessions during conferences or VIP areas during launches. When hired independently, the Studio welcomes 110 guests, though we typically suggest 60 when both floors operate together. Technical requirements rarely challenge us thanks to our 100 Amp 3-phase power supply, which handles everything from elaborate lighting rigs to multiple display screens. Our 1Gb fibre optic broadband runs throughout both floors, available through Wi-Fi or wired connections. Seven toilets, including wheelchair-accessible facilities, serve both levels, while our comprehensive fire safety systems include automatic water sprinklers. You'll find us at 16-18 Marshall Street, barely three minutes from Oxford Circus Underground. Two separate entrances, through Phonica at 51 Poland Street or via The Courtyard, give you flexibility for guest flow. Loading runs smoothly between 8am and 6pm Monday through Saturday, with direct street access making equipment delivery straightforward for production teams.
