The Warwick room on the fourth floor catches everyone's attention with its full-length writeable wall, which runs the entire length of the space. We've watched countless teams transform this wall into their canvas for mind-mapping sessions, project timelines, and those breakthrough moments when ideas suddenly click into place. This boardroom comfortably seats 14 people around our crisp white conference table, with proper executive chairs that support you through those longer strategy sessions. The pendant lighting overhead creates focused pools of light exactly where you need them, while the recessed ceiling lights keep the whole room bright without glare on laptop screens. We've positioned a refreshment station right in the room, complete with a proper coffee machine (the kind that makes espresso-based drinks, not just filter coffee) and a selection of teas and biscuits. The wall clock might seem like a small detail, but we know how valuable it is when you're managing back-to-back meetings without constantly checking your phone. Our venue sits just one block behind Regent Street, putting you in the thick of Soho's creative energy. Piccadilly Circus tube station is your nearest stop, though first-time visitors sometimes need our reception team to point them in the right direction from the station. Once you know the route, it's a straightforward walk. Previous guests have particularly appreciated the creative possibilities that writeable wall offers, with one noting how it transformed their visual meetings. Others have mentioned our biscuit selection (we do take pride in going beyond the basic digestives) and found the space works perfectly for smaller groups of five or six, even though it accommodates up to 14. The room's professional atmosphere makes it equally suitable for formal board meetings or collaborative workshops where you need space to think big.
