Our Activation room works particularly well for focused business discussions where eight colleagues need to concentrate without distractions. The bookshelf-patterned wallpaper creates an interesting backdrop that sparks conversation before meetings even begin, while the crisp white table and comfortable black chairs keep everyone engaged during longer sessions. We've equipped this space with everything practical meetings require: a wall-mounted flat-screen TV connects seamlessly to laptops, while the LCD projector and screen handle larger presentations. The flipchart stands ready for brainstorming sessions, and we keep fresh stationery stocked daily. Though the room doesn't have windows, the controlled lighting helps maintain focus during detailed discussions or training sessions. The boardroom configuration seats eight comfortably, though we can adjust to classroom style for five participants when training requires individual workspace. For larger presentations, theatre style accommodates up to 15 guests. Our complimentary WiFi handles multiple devices without the usual conference room connectivity issues. Getting here proves straightforward, with the M42 just 2 miles away and Widney Manor Station 7 minutes by car. Free parking directly outside means no one arrives flustered from hunting for spaces.
