The Readerlack room sits on the ground floor of our venue, where fourteen blue swivel chairs circle a substantial wooden boardroom table. Glass walls enclose the space while letting natural light flow through, creating an atmosphere that feels both private and connected to the building's Victorian grandeur beyond. We've designed this room for the meetings that matter. The large boardroom table gives everyone proper space for laptops, documents, and those essential coffee cups, while the comfortable seating means your team stays focused even during longer sessions. A flat-screen TV mounted on the wall handles presentations smoothly, and we can arrange additional AV equipment based on what you need for your specific meeting. The glass partitions work brilliantly for maintaining confidentiality while avoiding that boxed-in feeling some meeting rooms create. Your team can see the historic architecture of our building - those soaring glass domes and elegant galleries - which tends to inspire more creative thinking than staring at blank walls. The natural light means less reliance on harsh overhead lighting, keeping everyone alert without the usual meeting room fatigue. Board meetings, strategy sessions, client presentations, team workshops - we see them all in Readerlack. The room's layout encourages proper discussion, with everyone able to see each other clearly around the table.
