Our Meeting Room 02 works particularly well for teams who need space to spread out and think. The long conference table seats twelve comfortably, with enough room between chairs that nobody feels cramped during those longer strategy sessions. We've positioned the wall-mounted screen at the perfect height for everyone to see presentations clearly, whether you're running through quarterly figures or sharing design concepts with clients. The whiteboard takes up most of one wall, which our regular bookers tell us makes all the difference when mapping out project timelines or sketching quick diagrams. We keep markers and erasers stocked, so you can dive straight into brainstorming without hunting for supplies. The sideboard holds water, glasses, and often fresh fruit or biscuits, depending on what our catering team has prepared that morning. Light fills the room from our overhead fixtures, creating an environment where people stay alert and engaged. We've chosen neutral tones for the walls and furniture, letting your work take centre stage rather than competing with bold colours or patterns. The clock helps everyone stay on schedule, while the plant adds just enough green to keep the space feeling fresh. You'll find us on St Martin's Lane, with Covent Garden and Leicester Square stations both under five minutes' walk away. Charing Cross station offers another option if you're coming from south of the river. Many of our clients grab coffee from the independent shops nearby before their meetings, or head to the market for lunch afterwards. The room handles everything from board meetings to creative workshops, with the AV setup supporting both in-person presentations and hybrid sessions where some participants dial in remotely. Our on-site team ensures the tech works smoothly and can assist with any connectivity issues that arise.
