Six delegates can gather here, each with equal presence at the table, which we've found transforms traditional boardroom dynamics into more collaborative sessions. The room's design centres on practicality, with a large wall-mounted screen positioned for clear visibility from every seat. Our AV system handles everything from straightforward presentations to complex video conferences, while the dedicated Wi-Fi network keeps everyone connected without the usual conference room connectivity issues. The sleek black chairs provide proper support during extended meetings, and we've chosen artwork and plants that add character without creating distractions. While this particular room doesn't have windows, the controlled lighting creates consistent conditions for screen presentations throughout the day. The neutral colour scheme helps maintain focus, and the acoustic design ensures conversations stay private. During breaks, delegates often step into our business lounge or courtyard, where natural light and fresh air provide a change of scene. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with Bond Street station just four minutes on foot. Many clients schedule meetings here specifically because they can walk to lunch at one of Mayfair's restaurants afterwards, turning necessary meetings into productive relationship-building opportunities. Our reception team handles guest arrivals professionally, directing them to the room while you prepare. For longer sessions, we arrange catering that works around your agenda, from morning coffee through working lunches.
