We've designed this space specifically for those smaller gatherings where every voice counts, whether you're conducting interviews, working through strategy sessions, or meeting with key clients. The minimalist setup means fewer distractions, and our white storage cabinet keeps meeting materials organised without cluttering the space. While the room doesn't have windows, we've installed overhead lighting that creates a bright, focused environment throughout your session. Our venue sits within the 80-acre Exeter Business Park, where landscaped grounds and a tranquil lake provide a refreshing change from typical office environments. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with direct access from the M5 and just 3 miles from Exeter Airport. Our on-site team handles all the technical setup, so your presentation screen and equipment are ready when you arrive. Between sessions, you'll find our kitchen facilities perfect for making proper coffee or grabbing a quick lunch. The break-out areas offer space to continue discussions more informally, and when weather cooperates, the outdoor seating by the lake provides a peaceful spot to decompress. Several restaurants nearby cater to business lunches, and the Holiday Inn sits close by for visiting colleagues. We should note that parking fills quickly during morning hours as spaces are shared across the business park. Arriving before 9am typically ensures availability, though some visitors do use the nearby hotel parking as an alternative option.
