The exposed stone walls of the Inglis Room tell stories from our building's past as St Mungo's Church, creating an atmosphere that puts people immediately at ease. We've designed this space specifically for those moments when privacy and comfort matter most, whether you're conducting sensitive interviews, hosting therapy sessions, or holding confidential business discussions. Four carefully chosen armchairs in teal and grey tones face each other across a low coffee table, with bright yellow cushions adding warmth to the room. This arrangement works beautifully for up to four people who need to connect without barriers. The original stonework provides natural sound insulation, something our counselling and coaching clients particularly appreciate. We keep things simple but functional here. A whiteboard stands ready in the corner, while our flipchart offers another way to capture ideas. The small side table holds refreshments, with a coffee pot always at the ready. For hybrid meetings, we can set up our Logitech Conference Camera at no extra charge, and the Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably. Getting here couldn't be easier, with ground-level access straight to the room and plenty of free parking spaces right outside. We're well-connected by Edinburgh's public transport too, which helps when clients are coming from different directions. You're welcome to arrange your own catering if you'd like something beyond our standard refreshments. Previous guests have told us they love the comfortable setting and attentive service, though we do recommend sharing specific directions to the room with your attendees beforehand, as our converted church layout can be a bit puzzling for first-time visitors. Our team is always happy to guide anyone who gets turned around.
