Through the trees of our Victorian estate, you'll find the Garden Pavilion connected to the main house by its own illuminated pathway. This purpose-built conference space sits privately within our seven acres, offering complete independence from hotel guests when you need focused meeting time. The pavilion welcomes up to 200 delegates in theatre style, with natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame our manicured gardens. We've draped the ceiling in elegant fabric that softens the acoustics while crystal chandeliers cast warm light across your presentations. The built-in screen handles everything from quarterly reports to training videos, positioned so everyone has clear sightlines whether you're hosting 45 in U-shape or 160 in cabaret layout. Our climate control keeps the temperature comfortable year-round, while sound insulation ensures your discussions stay private. The neutral colour scheme works as a blank canvas for your corporate branding or themed decorations. When break time arrives, delegates can step directly onto the private patio where fresh Hampshire air helps clear minds between sessions. For smaller board meetings, we configure the room to seat 60 around formal tables.
