We've positioned Meeting Room 3 to catch the morning sun through its floor-to-ceiling windows, where Bradford's cityscape becomes your backdrop. The natural light fills the space throughout the day, though we've installed blackout blinds for when you need complete control over your presentation environment. The room flexes around your needs. Set it theatre-style for 40 delegates when you're delivering training to larger groups, or create a more intimate boardroom for 14 when decisions need to be made. We regularly reconfigure between U-shape arrangements for 19 participants during interactive workshops, classroom style for 24 during certification courses, or banquet rounds when your meeting includes working lunches. Everything technical is already in place. The LCD projector connects easily to laptops, projecting onto our 8-foot pull-down screen that tucks away neatly when not needed. We've mounted a 50" plasma TV on the wall for smaller presentations or video conferences. In the corner, you'll find our stocked stationery toolkit, because someone always forgets to bring enough working pens, and the flipchart stands ready with fresh paper. During breaks, your attendees naturally flow into our shared breakout space just outside. That's where we've installed proper bean-to-cup machines that grind fresh coffee for each cup. People tend to continue their discussions there, sketching ideas on napkins or having those informal conversations that often prove just as valuable as the formal agenda. The air conditioning adjusts throughout the day, keeping everyone comfortable whether it's a packed afternoon session or an early morning briefing. Being on Thornton Road means your delegates can reach us easily, and with our restaurant handling breakfast, lunch and dinner, everything runs from this single location. The 198 bedrooms upstairs remove any worry about travel time for those staying overnight.
