The Ogston Suite combines the grandeur of our historic mansion with everything modern meetings demand. Rich burgundy curtains frame tall windows that overlook 30 acres of Aberdeenshire countryside, while overhead, traditional chandeliers cast warm light across polished tables and red-cushioned chairs that our regular clients particularly appreciate for their comfort during long sessions. We've configured this space countless ways over the years, from boardroom layouts for 90 executives to theatre-style presentations for 200 delegates. The flexibility extends beyond numbers, with classroom setups accommodating 60 for training sessions, banquet arrangements welcoming 180 for celebration dinners, and U-shaped configurations for 60 when interaction matters most. Natural daylight streams through those generous windows throughout the day, though we can adjust the curtains when presentations require it. Our venue sits four miles from Aberdeen city center, close enough for easy access yet far enough to escape office interruptions. The suite's position within our 19th-century building means original architectural features remain visible, from the carefully preserved wood paneling to period details that spark conversation during coffee breaks.
