The Energy room welcomes up to 20 delegates into a space where natural light does most of the heavy lifting. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views across our grounds, flooding the room with daylight that keeps afternoon sessions from dragging. We've found this brightness genuinely helps maintain focus during those longer strategy meetings. Our long boardroom table seats 14 comfortably, with high-backed chairs that actually support you through back-to-back presentations. The mounted flat-screen TV handles everything from PowerPoint decks to video conferences, positioned so everyone gets a clear view without craning their necks. Air conditioning keeps the temperature just right, whether you're running morning workshops or afternoon brainstorms. We can reconfigure the space depending on what works for your group. Theatre style fits 20 for presentations, while cabaret rounds work well for interactive workshops. The boardroom setup remains our most popular, particularly for management meetings and team planning sessions where everyone needs table space for laptops and documents. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're a mile from the A8/M8 junction with plenty of parking spaces, so your team won't circle the car park looking for spots. Glasgow Central station sits 1.7 miles away if delegates prefer the train, and we're near the SSE Hydro and SEC Centre. Glasgow Airport is 8.9 miles out for those flying in. Between sessions, our venue offers proper breaks. The lobby Starbucks keeps everyone caffeinated, while our Pub & Grill serves lunch that goes beyond sad sandwiches. Some groups use our Health & Wellbeing Club facilities, taking advantage of the pool or gym to clear their heads before diving back into discussions.
