We designed Tactic 2 as a compact meeting space where natural light does most of the heavy lifting. Floor-to-ceiling windows run along one wall, flooding the room with daylight that keeps everyone alert through afternoon sessions. The space comfortably hosts up to 16 people in theatre style, though most groups prefer our boardroom setup for 14 or classroom arrangement for 10. The room's modular conference tables adapt quickly to your preferred configuration, whether that's U-shaped for workshops, traditional boardroom for presentations, or theatre style for larger briefings. We've paired these with ergonomic chairs in bright accent colours, a deliberate choice that adds energy without overwhelming the neutral palette of the walls and carpeting. A large flat-screen TV mounted on our wooden feature wall handles all your presentation needs, connecting seamlessly with laptops and devices. The contemporary design keeps distractions minimal, with clean lines and subtle textures creating the focused atmosphere productive meetings require. We've positioned a refreshment station just outside, stocked with water dispensers and light snacks so your team stays hydrated without interrupting the flow. Our venue sits right next to P&J Live at TECA, making us particularly convenient when you're coordinating meetings around arena events. Aberdeen Airport is just 15 minutes away, and public transport links are straightforward. The combination of location and facilities works especially well for training sessions, client presentations, and team workshops. After your meeting wraps up, the W XYZ Bar downstairs provides a natural transition space for informal discussions. Many groups find the change of scene helpful, moving from structured meeting room to our more relaxed bar environment with its pool table and regular live music nights.
