The Victoria room catches morning light through tall windows that frame views across central London. We've kept the original wood paneling and ornate plasterwork from when this building first opened, creating a workspace that feels both established and energising. With 61 square metres to work with, we configure the room to match your meeting style. Our boardroom setup seats 30 around a single table for focused discussions. Need a presentation space? Theatre layout accommodates 70 delegates comfortably. For workshops where groups need separate tables, cabaret style works brilliantly for 40 participants. The 4.5-metre ceiling height and generous proportions mean nobody feels cramped, even during full-day sessions. Our AV system handles everything from simple screen sharing to multi-presenter panels, with wireless connectivity throughout. The acoustics work particularly well here, thanks to those Victorian ceiling heights, so everyone hears clearly without echo or strain. Natural daylight fills the space all day, though we've installed dimmable lighting for presentations when needed. The adjoining G4 room connects directly, giving you options for registration, refreshment areas, or breakout discussions. Our venue sits directly above Charing Cross Station, with Embankment tube just two minutes on foot. Your attendees can arrive from anywhere in London without complicated directions or long walks from transport links. Full disabled access runs throughout, from street level to meeting rooms. Our technical team stays on-site during your event, handling any equipment questions immediately. The production kitchen means proper hot lunches rather than lukewarm sandwiches, and our events coordinators know exactly how to time service around your agenda.
