Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of our Pocket Garden, where seasonal plantings create a changing backdrop throughout the year. Morning meetings here begin with natural light streaming across the polished wooden floors, while afternoon sessions benefit from the gentle shade of mature trees just outside. We've designed this ground floor space to adapt to your needs. The exposed brick walls and timber flooring create warmth without distraction, while our audio equipment and TV/projector setup handle everything from PowerPoint presentations to video conferences. With air conditioning keeping everyone comfortable year-round, you can focus on the conversation rather than the temperature. Our venue team regularly reconfigures the Garden Studio between boardroom discussions for 35 and theatre-style presentations. The direct access to our MAC Bar means coffee breaks happen seamlessly, with delegates often taking their drinks out to the Pocket Garden when weather permits. Being adjacent to the bar also means networking continues naturally after formal sessions end. Transport couldn't be simpler, with parking available on-site and excellent public transport connections throughout Birmingham. The ground floor location ensures step-free access from arrival to departure, with accessible facilities nearby. Our breakout spaces let smaller groups split off for focused discussions before reconvening in the main studio. The creative activity happening throughout our building adds energy without intrusion. Your delegates might glimpse pottery classes through studio windows or catch fragments of rehearsals from our theatres, but the Garden Studio itself remains your private domain. Our KILN café provides locally sourced lunch options, while our technical team ensures your AV requirements run smoothly from first slide to final question.
