The Portland Room sits on the lower ground floor of our venue, where natural light streams through well-positioned windows throughout the day. With its light wood flooring and neutral walls featuring carefully selected artwork, the space strikes a balance between professional functionality and genuine warmth. We've designed this room to adapt to your specific needs. For conferences and presentations, we can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 125 delegates, while boardroom configurations work perfectly for 48 participants around the table. Training sessions run smoothly with classroom layouts for 60, and when you need that horseshoe arrangement for interactive workshops, we'll set up U-shaped seating for 40. Social gatherings transform the space entirely, with banquet layouts for 56 seated guests or reception-style events accommodating up to 150 people mingling comfortably. Our technical setup includes multiple large screens positioned for clear visibility from every angle, complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi that handles even the most demanding video conferences. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during intense brainstorming sessions, and we've ensured full disabled access throughout. When you need breakout discussions or refreshment areas, we can partition the room to create separate zones without disrupting the main proceedings.
