We've arranged this space around a sleek conference table that comfortably seats 14 for boardroom discussions, though we often reconfigure it for different needs. Ten delegates fit perfectly in classroom style when you're running training sessions, while theatre setup accommodates 20 for presentations. Our team chose this particular oval table because it eliminates the traditional "head of table" dynamic, encouraging more collaborative discussions. The modern chairs provide proper support during those lengthy strategy sessions, and we keep the water cooler topped up alongside bowls of fresh fruit and sweets, knowing how important those small energy boosts become during afternoon meetings. The AV setup includes our LCD projector and screen, positioned for clear visibility from every seat. We test everything before your arrival, so you're not wrestling with cables when your delegates walk in.
