Our Priestley Room transforms from standard hotel conference space into whatever your meeting needs to be. With its chevron-patterned walls and evenly distributed lighting, the room creates a professional atmosphere that keeps attendees focused without feeling stuffy. The space accommodates various setups: theatre style for 100 when you're presenting to a larger group, classroom arrangement for 40 during training sessions, or a more intimate boardroom layout for 30. The carpeted floors help dampen sound, particularly useful when breaking into discussion groups. Natural daylight streams through the windows, though we can adjust the lighting levels to suit presentations. For your technical requirements, we've installed a projector and ensured the Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without dropping connections. There's a flipchart for brainstorming sessions, and the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during those longer meetings. The neutral colour scheme provides a calm backdrop that won't distract from your content. Getting here couldn't be simpler.
