The Premier Lounge commands the fourth floor of our Grandstand, where 600 guests can mingle during receptions or 450 delegates can focus during conferences. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, Cardiff spreads out in one direction while the pitch stretches green in the other, creating a backdrop that shifts from urban skyline to sporting arena depending on where you stand. We've designed the space to work as hard as you do. Two integrated bars anchor either end of the room, and when you need separate spaces for breakout sessions or parallel meetings, we simply partition the room to create two distinct areas. Each maintains its own character while sharing those spectacular dual-aspect views. For presentations, our LCD projector and staging setup handle everything from quarterly reviews to product launches. The room's theatre configuration seats 450 comfortably, while classroom style accommodates 100 with writing space. When dinner service begins, we can arrange banquet seating for 250, or create a more intimate cabaret layout for the same number. U-shaped configurations work beautifully here too, seating 60 for board meetings or training sessions. Natural light pours through those panoramic windows throughout the day, though our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the weather or crowd size. Complimentary Wi-Fi runs throughout, supporting video conferences and live streaming without interruption. Our storage areas mean exhibition materials and conference supplies stay tucked away until needed. Getting here takes minutes from central Cardiff, with Ninian Park station nearby and parking for over 1,000 cars on-site. Our catering team prepares everything from coffee breaks to three-course dinners, adjusting menus for dietary requirements and preferences. The combination of practical amenities and those remarkable views creates an environment where business gets done against a uniquely Welsh backdrop.
