Our Event 1 + 2 room sits on the lower ground floor, where the industrial bones of the building meet contemporary design. We've kept things flexible here, knowing that your board meeting for 30 might need a completely different setup than someone else's training day for 80. Natural light pours through the windows that line the walls, which makes a real difference during those long strategy sessions. We've added plants and local artwork to break up the neutral palette, creating a space that feels professional without being sterile. The room can be divided with a partition when you need breakout areas or want to run parallel sessions, something our tech clients particularly appreciate. The technical setup includes everything you'd expect: reliable Wi-Fi that actually works with 50 laptops connected, a flatscreen TV for presentations, and flipcharts for when you need to sketch out ideas old-school style. Theatre style fits 80 for presentations or talks, while cabaret setup for 54 works brilliantly for workshops where people need table space. The lower ground location includes its own lobby area, giving your guests a proper arrival experience rather than traipsing through public spaces. Our kitchen team can deliver working lunches directly to the room, or you might prefer to use the bar upstairs for networking breaks. Many groups book overnight stays in our rooms above when running multi-day sessions, making those early morning starts much easier. Both Piccadilly and Victoria stations are walking distance, with tram stops even closer. Wheelchair access and lifts to all floors ensure everyone can participate comfortably.
