The Sir Herbert Baker Room sits on our ground floor, making it wonderfully accessible for everyone who visits us, with step-free access throughout. We've equipped this 30.5 square metre space with a 75" LED screen that our tech team keeps in perfect working order. The room connects seamlessly with our building-wide systems, so you can stream or broadcast your meeting if needed. Our complimentary WiFi runs smoothly throughout, and we've added hard-wired connectivity options for those who prefer it. The rich green drapes complement the soft colour palette we've chosen, while our classic chandelier adds just the right amount of formality. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during those longer strategy sessions. We regularly configure the room for different needs, fitting 25 for presentations, 15 around our boardroom table, or 18 in classroom style. For workshops, we find the U-shape arrangement with 14 participants works particularly well. The natural daylight pouring through those historic windows creates an atmosphere that screens and artificial lighting simply can't match. Our location puts you right in Westminster's heart, with transport links that couldn't be more convenient. Many clients combine the Sir Herbert Baker Room with our adjacent Westminster and Abbey Rooms when they need extra breakout space or want to separate presentations from discussions.
