The Trinity Suite transforms from an empty canvas into whatever your meeting needs it to be. We've designed this 500-square-metre space on our lower ground floor to handle everything from product launches for 650 people to training sessions with 294 delegates seated classroom-style. When you book the Trinity Suite, you're getting our largest single space at 31 metres long and 16 metres wide, with 4.3-metre high ceilings that keep even packed conferences feeling spacious. We've installed HD projectors and plasma screens at strategic points, so everyone gets a clear view of presentations. The full-range speaker system means your back-row attendees hear just as clearly as those at the front, and our video conferencing setup connects remote participants without the usual technical hiccups. Our team regularly reconfigures this room between events. Yesterday's theatre-style conference for 650 becomes today's banquet for 420 guests, complete with round tables and space for networking. The portable staging adapts to panel discussions, keynote speeches, or award ceremonies. We control the atmosphere through customisable LED lighting in the ceiling, shifting from bright workspace illumination during presentations to something more atmospheric for evening receptions. The elegant wood panelling and plush carpeting absorb sound effectively, creating surprisingly good acoustics for a room this size. Though we're on the lower ground floor, our lighting design ensures the space feels bright and energising throughout your event day. Wheelchair access runs throughout, with step-free routes from our main entrance. You'll find the Trinity Suite particularly suits large-scale conferences, training programmes, and corporate presentations where you need flexibility in layout. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles hundreds of devices simultaneously, and our catering team serves refreshments directly to the adjoining foyer space, minimising disruption to your agenda.
