Our first-floor conference space, Lancing 3, offers 40.89 square meters of thoughtfully designed meeting room that adapts brilliantly to whatever your day demands. We've found this particular room works exceptionally well for board meetings, training sessions, and intimate conferences, with its flexible layout accommodating anywhere from 18 people boardroom-style to 30 in theatre configuration. The room features warm, professional lighting through a combination of recessed ceiling lights and wall sconces, creating an atmosphere that keeps delegates alert without being harsh. We've chosen neutral tones throughout, complemented by our patterned carpet that adds just enough visual interest without being distracting. While Lancing 3 doesn't have windows, many of our clients actually prefer this for presentations, as it eliminates glare on screens and helps maintain focus during intensive sessions. Everything you need for a productive meeting comes as standard. We provide an LCD projector, microphone and lectern for presentations, plus whiteboards, flip charts and markers for collaborative work. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable year-round, particularly appreciated during those longer strategy sessions. Our high-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire room, though as with any coastal location, we occasionally experience minor fluctuations. What makes this space particularly popular is its versatility. We can arrange seating in U-shape for 24 delegates, classroom-style for 20, or cabaret format for 18, depending on your session requirements. Being on the first floor means quick access to our Open Lobby for coffee breaks, where delegates often continue discussions in the comfortable armchair seating. The beach is just moments away when you need that refreshing sea air between sessions, and our events team, particularly Fran who many clients specifically request, ensures everything runs exactly as planned from arrival to departure.
