The Southwark Room is where natural light does most of the decorating. Those big windows flood the space with brightness all day, while our collection of plants adds life to every corner. We've kept the walls white and the design simple because we know you're here to work, not admire the wallpaper. This is our largest space, fitting up to 30 people depending on how you arrange it. Most groups go for the boardroom setup around our modular table, which seats 12 comfortably, but we regularly reconfigure for theatre-style presentations (25 people) or U-shaped discussions (16 people). The chairs are the kind you can actually sit in for hours without fidgeting. Everything you need is already here and working. The wall-mounted TV connects easily to laptops, the Wi-Fi hasn't let us down yet, and that whiteboard wall gets plenty of use during brainstorming sessions. We keep fresh water on the table and tea and coffee stations ready throughout your booking. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable in summer, and the heating works properly in winter, which sounds basic but makes all the difference during long meetings. Our regulars particularly appreciate how easy it is to get here, just 10 minutes' walk from London Bridge Station with step-free access throughout. During breaks, you can head downstairs to our café for proper food, not just sandwiches, though we can arrange catering delivered to the room if you prefer to work through lunch. What makes us different is that we're actually a women's health charity, so your booking directly funds community programs while you're getting your work done. Past clients have told us they like the professional setup without the corporate stuffiness, and that the room size works perfectly for their teams. Whether you're planning strategy, running training, or interviewing candidates, you'll find the space adapts well to what you need.

Great location. Simple big room with screen and whiteboard, great for an offsite meeting and comfortable for 6 people, with nice cafe downstairs and really helpful receptionist.
