Meeting Room 6 sits on the corner of our building, drawing daylight through its generous windows throughout the day. We've positioned the dark conference table to make the most of this natural brightness, creating a workspace where six people can gather comfortably around ideas that matter. The green chairs we selected aren't just about adding colour, they're properly supportive for those longer strategy sessions when you're deep in discussion. Our wall-mounted screen connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, and we keep a flip chart ready for when conversations need to flow onto paper. You'll find fresh markers and notepads already set out, because we know hunting for supplies mid-meeting breaks momentum. Borough Station is literally on our doorstep, with trains running every few minutes, while London Bridge gives you access to pretty much everywhere else in the city. The Shard towers above us, and Southbank's energy is just a short walk away, making this part of London particularly convenient for bringing people together from different offices. Our in-house catering can deliver everything from morning pastries to working lunches directly to your room, though we do need two days' notice to arrange this properly. Many of our regular bookers tell us they appreciate how the space feels both professional and relaxed, with the natural light and thoughtful layout helping conversations flow naturally. The room works particularly well for board meetings, creative workshops, or those crucial client conversations where you need privacy without feeling boxed in. Our reception team has your booking details ready and will guide your guests straight to you, while the café downstairs serves proper coffee if anyone arrives early. Good - but reception was not manned when I arrived, a 15 minute delay in starting the meeting was not helpful. Also, the large screen both in the room we were first assigned, and then in the second room, did not work.
