Red chairs catch your eye the moment you walk into Meeting Room 17, creating an energising contrast against the calm neutral walls. We positioned this eighth-floor boardroom to capture maximum daylight through floor-to-ceiling windows, where you'll look out across the architectural landscape of Pancras Square while working through your agenda. Twelve people fit comfortably around our modern conference table, with plenty of elbow room for laptops, notebooks and coffee cups. We've mounted a large screen on the wall for presentations and equipped the room with reliable video conferencing technology, so remote participants join conversations as easily as those sitting across the table. The movable whiteboard rolls wherever you need it for brainstorming sessions, and yes, we keep fresh markers stocked. Our venue's signature 3.2-metre ceilings create breathing space here, something previous guests particularly appreciate during longer sessions. Natural light floods the room throughout the day, though adjustable blinds give you control when screens need to be visible. We've added a few plants to keep the atmosphere fresh, and the ventilation system maintains comfortable temperatures year-round. Everything technical works straight away: WiFi connects instantly, the screen syncs with your devices without fuss, and our team helps with any setup questions. The space suits everything from board meetings to creative workshops, client presentations to team training days. Between sessions, you might grab coffee from our communal areas or take a quick break on the roof terrace. Getting here couldn't be simpler. King's Cross St Pancras Underground sits just three minutes' walk from our ground floor entrance, with St Pancras International twelve minutes away for European connections. Afterwards, Pancras Square offers dozens of restaurants and cafes for continuing conversations over lunch or dinner.
