The Vision room brings together your team around a spacious white table with room for 18 in boardroom configuration, or we can reconfigure the space to seat up to 40 theatre-style when you need to present to larger groups. Book-patterned wallpaper creates an interesting backdrop that sparks conversation without overwhelming the professional atmosphere. Our large wall-mounted display connects seamlessly to your devices for presentations, while the contemporary black chairs keep everyone comfortable through extended strategy sessions. We've arranged notepads, pens and water glasses at each place setting, so your delegates can focus on the discussion rather than hunting for supplies. Take advantage of the adjacent refreshment station during breaks. Your team can help themselves to proper coffee from our machine, select from various teas, or grab snacks to keep energy levels up. The space works equally well for focused board meetings, training workshops, or creative brainstorming sessions. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're just off Junction 42 of the M4 and only 1.6 miles from the train station, with free parking right outside for those driving in. Our venue sits within walking distance of Swansea city centre, making it convenient for local attendees or those wanting to explore after hours.
