The Mulberry combines period character with practical meeting essentials in a way that makes sense for today's business needs. Original wooden beams stretch across the ceiling while natural light pours through tall windows overlooking our historic moat and gardens, creating an atmosphere that feels both professional and relaxed. We've designed this space to work hard for different meeting formats. For presentations, we can arrange theatre-style seating for up to 60 delegates. Board meetings work beautifully with 30 around our tables, while training sessions suit 20 in classroom layout. The U-shape configuration accommodates 24 participants when discussion flow matters most. Round tables with upholstered chairs transform the room for private dining events hosting up to 60 guests. The room's warm colour palette and soft drapes frame those garden views without being distracting during presentations. We provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, plus all the audiovisual equipment you'd expect, from projectors to sound systems. No surprise charges for flipcharts or screens either, they're included as standard. Our venue sits just minutes from Gatwick Airport with direct access from the M23, making arrival straightforward for international delegates. Free parking removes one more concern from your day. The in-house catering team prepares everything from working lunches to formal dinners using seasonal ingredients, with halal and kosher options available when needed. Between sessions, delegates often step outside to clear their heads in our three acres of gardens or grab coffee in the lounge areas. For multi-day meetings, our 22 guest rooms provide a peaceful retreat, each fitted with Egyptian cotton linens. The Mulberry works equally well for strategy sessions, training days, AGMs or those hybrid meeting-celebration events that mark company milestones.
