Our tech setup starts with the SmartScreen, which connects to your devices without the usual cable hunt. Teams have used it for collaborative sessions where multiple people need to share content quickly, and the Smart Pencil lets you annotate presentations in real-time. The PA system handles both presentations and panel discussions comfortably, while the air conditioning keeps everyone focused even during those lengthy afternoon sessions. The refreshment station sits in its own alcove, complete with a Nespresso machine and counter space for working lunches. Our catering team handles dietary requirements properly, whether that's halal, kosher, vegan or gluten-free options. Some groups prefer bringing their own catering, which works just as well with our facilities. Seating configurations change depending on your needs.
