Meeting Room 14 sits on one of our upper floors, where four people can gather around the circular table for those conversations that need complete focus. We've kept this space deliberately intimate, with soft grey walls and warm lighting that helps ideas flow without distraction. The round table changes the dynamic completely compared to traditional boardrooms. Everyone faces each other equally, which our regular clients tell us makes their team discussions more collaborative. We've positioned comfortable chairs at just the right height for the table, and there's enough surface space for laptops, notebooks, and coffee cups without feeling cramped. Tech-wise, we've installed a tablet control system that connects to the screen, making presentations straightforward. Our reception team stocks every cable imaginable, including those obscure adapters that somehow never make it into laptop bags. The shelving unit holds water and glasses, and if you give us two days' notice, we can arrange catering to keep your team fueled. While this particular room doesn't have windows, the lighting creates a bright, energising atmosphere that keeps everyone alert through afternoon sessions. Being tucked away from the main corridors means you won't hear the buzz of the coworking spaces or café below. Our venue sits right next to BBC Broadcasting House, putting you between Marylebone and Fitzrovia. Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street stations are both within a five-minute walk, and the area's packed with lunch spots when you need to continue conversations outside the meeting room. Great spot to host a meeting. Was really impressed with the level of service - they even had an obscure connector cable to connect my laptop to the screen. Highly recommend!
