Every seat offers perfect sightlines to the stage, while the acoustic wooden panels along the walls, crafted by Gustafs, create exceptional sound clarity that makes even whispered asides audible from the back row. Technology drives everything we do in this space. Our 4K projection system displays presentations with remarkable clarity on the main screen, while built-in cameras positioned throughout the room enable professional-grade recording and streaming. The interactive monitor at the lectern lets speakers control their presentations seamlessly, and our dedicated AV technician manages everything from their discrete desk position, ensuring your event runs without interruption. Accessibility shapes how we've designed the auditorium. Two wheelchair spaces at the front provide prime viewing positions, with level access from our main entrance. The air conditioning system maintains comfortable temperatures year-round, particularly appreciated during summer conferences or packed seminars. Our venue sits in the heart of W1, with Bond Street Station just a three-minute walk away. Oxford Circus is equally close, making arrival straightforward for attendees travelling from across London or internationally.
