The Shanghai Suite gets plenty of morning sun through its large windows, which our regular clients tell us makes a real difference during those early strategy sessions. We've furnished this space with ergonomic chairs that actually support you through a full day of meetings, paired with sturdy tables that don't wobble when you're taking notes. Our venue sits directly across from Lime Street Station, so your attendees can step off the train and be in the meeting room within minutes. The suite works brilliantly for different group sizes - we regularly set it up boardroom-style for 20 when companies need focused discussions, or theatre-style for 50 when you're presenting to larger teams. The soft blue walls and patterned carpeting create a calm backdrop that helps people concentrate without feeling boxed in. We've equipped the Shanghai Suite with a large projection screen that's positioned so everyone can see clearly, regardless of where they're sitting. The flip charts are always fresh and ready, because we know how important it is to capture ideas as they flow. When you need to switch from presentations to workshops, we can reconfigure the room during your coffee break - the flexible layout means you're not stuck with one setup all day. The natural light changes throughout the day, keeping the energy up without harsh fluorescents. For training sessions, we arrange 26 spaces classroom-style with proper writing room for each person. Corporate receptions work well here too, with space for 70 guests to network comfortably. The U-shaped setup for 18 proves popular for board meetings where everyone needs to see each other clearly.
