The Chute takes its name from the original grain chutes that once ran through this part of our building, and we've kept that industrial heritage alive in every detail. Eight people can gather comfortably around the boardroom table here, surrounded by exposed stonework that dates back to the 1800s. Morning meetings benefit from natural light pouring through the large window, while afternoon sessions stay productive with our high-speed internet keeping everyone connected. We've equipped the room with a TV screen and projector for presentations, plus a flipchart for those moments when ideas need to flow freely onto paper. The ergonomic chairs mean your team stays comfortable even during those longer strategy sessions. Our members use The Chute for everything from client pitches to team catch-ups. The intimate size makes it particularly good for focused discussions where every voice needs to be heard. We've seen product launches planned here, investment rounds negotiated, and countless creative breakthroughs happen around this table. The room sits within our buzzing coworking space, so you're never far from a coffee refill between sessions. Many of our regular bookers appreciate being able to duck into the Business Lounge afterwards to continue conversations in a more relaxed setting.
