The Wing conference suite spans 180 square metres across our top floor, where exposed industrial ceilings meet sleek grey walls in a space that feels refreshingly different from traditional meeting rooms. Amanda Rosa's design brings that American loft aesthetic we've become known for, creating an atmosphere where serious business discussions feel less confined. Natural light streams through floor-to-ceiling windows along one wall, overlooking our private terrace where delegates often step out during coffee breaks. We've found this connection to the outdoors helps maintain energy levels during intensive sessions. The room's versatility shows in how we configure it: boardroom style for 30, classroom for 60, theatre for 100, or reception style for up to 130 guests. Our cabaret layout works particularly well for 80 delegates when you need both presentation space and working tables. Technical presentations come to life on our 2.5-metre screen, paired with a built-in LCD projector that handles everything from detailed spreadsheets to video conferences. Air conditioning runs quietly throughout, maintaining comfortable temperatures even when the room reaches capacity. What sets The Wing apart is its private bar, tucked into one corner. We've seen countless meetings transform into productive networking sessions simply because delegates can continue conversations over drinks without leaving the space. Our location in Sherwood Business Park puts you minutes from M1 junction 27, while free parking eliminates arrival stress. Between sessions, delegates often head downstairs to our Bar & Grill for locally-sourced lunches, or catch up on emails using our high-speed wireless connection. The adjoining lounge area provides informal breakout space, and with 92 en-suite bedrooms available, multi-day conferences run smoothly without the usual accommodation logistics.
