At our venue, the Western Room graces the upper floor with sweeping views across the Dundry Hills through floor-to-ceiling windows. This boardroom centres around an extraordinary piece: a hand-carved English oak table commissioned from a Manchester artist collective when our building first opened. The craftsmanship shows in every grain, and we've paired it with comfortable blue seating for 14 people. Natural light pours in throughout the day, creating an atmosphere where ideas flow naturally. We've watched countless productive sessions unfold here, from strategy meetings to creative workshops. The room comes fully equipped for modern presentations, with our wall-mounted screen connected to Apple TV for wireless sharing. When you need to connect with remote colleagues, our integrated camera and sound bar handle video conferencing smoothly, while traditional flipcharts and pens remain on hand for mapping out concepts. The space works particularly well for board meetings, team planning sessions, and collaborative workshops where you need both technology and that human connection around a proper table. We handle all the technical setup before you arrive, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment you walk in. Our location in the Knowle West estate means easy access from across South Bristol, with good transport connections nearby. The building itself tells a story, being one of the UK's pioneering straw-bale constructions, though you'd never guess it from the professional finish and modern facilities throughout. We've ensured full accessibility with level access and lift service to this first-floor space. As a charity-run venue, every booking directly supports community projects across Knowle West.
