The boardroom table in Meeting Room B1 catches morning light from the corridor as our early bird members arrive, coffee in hand from the café downstairs. This six-person meeting space has become a favourite for client presentations and team catch-ups, with its warm wooden table and those distinctive orange chairs that everyone comments on. We've positioned a large TV on the teal accent wall, making it simple to share your screen via HDMI without any fuss. The whiteboard and flipchart sit ready in the corner, perfect when conversations turn into impromptu brainstorming sessions. Our members often tell us they appreciate having both digital and analogue options for getting ideas across. The room feels purposefully intimate, with artwork adding character without distraction. While there's no direct natural light, we've carefully arranged the lighting to keep the space bright and energising throughout the day. The orange chairs aren't just eye-catching, they're properly ergonomic too, which matters when your strategy meeting runs into its third hour.
