The Vision room works perfectly for those focused board meetings where six people need to get straight to business. We've set up this space with a practical boardroom layout, centred around a substantial table that gives everyone proper working room without feeling cramped. Natural light streams through the windows during morning sessions, though we can quickly activate the blackout facilities when you need to share presentations on our LCD projector. The interactive whiteboard mounted on the wall has become particularly popular with teams who prefer sketching out ideas as they discuss them. Everything connects smoothly through our high-speed Wi-Fi, which handles multiple devices without any lag. Our venue sits just off junction 25 of the M1 in Beeston, making it straightforward for your attendees to find us. Beeston and Long Eaton stations are only two miles away if anyone's travelling by train, while those flying in from East Midlands airport face just a ten-mile journey. Everyone driving gets free parking right outside, so there's no hunting for spaces or feeding meters.
