Our AV team has kitted this theatre out properly. The touchscreen controls at the lectern put everything at your fingertips - lighting, projector, sound system - all integrated and regularly tested. We've got cameras positioned front and back, which means speakers can see their slides and the audience without that awkward neck-craning you get in some venues. The digital projector delivers sharp visuals across the whole screen, and yes, we can live stream your event if you need to reach people who can't make it in person. The acoustic panels along the walls aren't just for show - they actually work. Your speakers won't need to shout, and questions from the back row come through clearly. The wooden ceiling panels add warmth to what could otherwise feel like a cold lecture space, and the seats (we've sat through enough long conferences ourselves) stay comfortable even during those post-lunch sessions.
