Great location for a central London meeting and reasonably priced considering the location. Booking by the half hour is helpful.

Very unfriendly staff at reception. I booked the wrong times for our meeting (9-11) instead of (10-12). We did not show up until 10 and did not occupy the room until 10. But reception insisted on interrupting our meeting and asking us to leave or pay more, even when the...
