The Holm Oak room welcomes up to 22 people into a space where professional meetings feel refreshingly different. Natural light pours through large windows dressed with sheer curtains, creating an atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged without the harsh glare of typical office lighting. We've furnished this room with comfort in mind, arranging a plush sofa alongside armchairs in calming neutral tones, punctuated by vibrant cushions that add just enough colour. The floral-patterned armchair has become something of a talking point, often helping break the ice at the start of sessions. A small bookshelf and side table with lamp complete the setting, giving the space a welcoming feel that puts people at ease. The flexibility here really sets Holm Oak apart. We can configure the room in boardroom style for formal presentations, classroom layout for training sessions, or theatre arrangement for larger presentations, each accommodating up to 22 participants comfortably. The open layout means we can also create more informal seating circles for workshops or team discussions. Our venue sits in a charming Victorian building on Frederick Road in Edgbaston, with the character of the original architecture adding something special to your meetings. You'll find us just a 5-minute walk from the tram stop that connects directly to the city centre and New Street station. Coming from Broad Street takes about 15 minutes on foot, while Five Ways Station is a 20-minute walk. For those driving, we provide designated parking spaces, available when you book. Access couldn't be simpler, with full disability access through our rear entrance and a lift taking you straight to our first-floor rooms. We'll arrange the space exactly as you need it and provide flipcharts on request, ensuring your session runs smoothly from start to finish.
