The Covent Garden Suite sits on our fourth floor, where natural light pours through large windows overlooking the historic streets below. We've designed this space to work hard for your meetings, with room for up to 100 people when arranged theatre-style, though many of our clients prefer the collaborative feel of our cabaret setup for 64 or the focused boardroom configuration for 30. The contemporary furnishings contrast beautifully with the building's Georgian heritage visible throughout our venue. We can reconfigure the sleek tables and comfortable seating to match your agenda, whether that's U-shaped for training sessions with 34 participants or an open reception layout welcoming 80 guests for networking. The neutral palette and patterned carpeting provide a professional backdrop that won't distract from your content. Tech-wise, we've installed high-spec projectors that display your presentations with clarity, backed by Wi-Fi that handles multiple devices without dropping connection. The air conditioning keeps the temperature comfortable even when discussions heat up, and those generous windows mean you're working with proper daylight rather than harsh fluorescents. Our central position means your attendees can reach us easily, with Covent Garden and Holborn stations both just five minutes away on foot, plus Chancery Lane as another option. This fourth-floor location offers a quieter environment than street level while maintaining easy lift access. The day delegate packages include proper hot lunches served in our dining spaces, continuous tea and coffee service, and substantial afternoon refreshments.
