The Underbelly Suite brings a refreshing approach to basement meeting spaces, with ceiling panels depicting blue skies that create an unexpectedly bright atmosphere despite being below ground level. This 26-square-meter room on our basement floor provides the privacy many teams seek for confidential discussions or focused workshops. We've configured the space to work for different group dynamics, accommodating 20 guests theatre-style when you need everyone facing forward, or 8 people for boardroom, U-shape, or classroom arrangements when interaction matters more. The modern grey chairs with their distinctive yellow legs aren't just about aesthetics, they're properly comfortable for those longer strategy sessions that tend to run over schedule. Our tech setup includes a large flat-screen TV for presentations, plus traditional whiteboard and flipchart options when you prefer the hands-on approach. The wooden door with its chevron pattern adds warmth to the contemporary blue and grey colour scheme, while the patterned carpet helps with acoustics during animated discussions.
