Our venue's Hillhead meeting room works brilliantly for teams who need a proper boardroom setup without any fuss. The dark wood conference table seats 16 comfortably, with power sockets built right into the table so everyone stays connected throughout your session. We've kept the design simple on purpose, white walls, dark carpet, nothing to distract from the work at hand. The chairs are the kind you can actually sit in for a three-hour strategy session without fidgeting, and there's a small refreshments table tucked to one side for coffee breaks. Everything you need for presentations is here and ready to go. The projector connects properly (we check it regularly), the whiteboard's always clean, and we keep spare flipchart paper in case you run through yours. The lighting's bright enough that no one's squinting at their notes, even though the room doesn't have windows. Being right above West Street subway makes life easier for everyone getting here. Your team can hop off the underground and be sitting round the table within minutes. Our reception team have everything down to a fine art, they'll point people in the right direction and sort out any last-minute requests. You're welcome to bring in your own caterers, which most groups really appreciate. Whether that's proper lunch from your favourite local place or just coffee and pastries, it's entirely up to you. The Hillhead's become a bit of a favourite with regular clients. As one of them mentioned recently, they book all their large meetings here because the staff are friendly and the rooms are always spotless. That's exactly what we aim for, a space that just works properly every time you need it.
