The Billiard Room catches your eye immediately with its sophisticated dark conference table and glass walls that create transparency whilst maintaining complete privacy for your discussions. Our newest addition to the meeting spaces here seats up to 10 comfortably around the boardroom table, though we can accommodate 20 for standing receptions when you need a different format. We've positioned a large flatscreen TV at the perfect height for presentations, and our tech setup handles everything from Zoom to Microsoft Teams without any fuss. The high-speed Wi-Fi and screenshare capabilities mean your remote colleagues join the conversation as easily as those in the room. The glass walls let natural light flow through whilst keeping your strategic discussions confidential, and we've added touches of greenery to keep the space feeling fresh during longer sessions. Just outside the room, you'll find additional seating with our distinctive green chairs and round tables, perfect when you need to break out into smaller groups or simply want a change of scene during breaks. Our communal kitchen areas sit nearby, keeping the coffee and tea within easy reach throughout your meeting. The ground floor location means no wrestling with lifts during busy periods, and our reception team greets your guests as they arrive.
