Bright orange chairs catch your eye the moment you enter Meeting Room 2, our vibrant boardroom space that brings energy to every discussion. We've arranged ten of these statement seats around a crisp white table, creating a setup that keeps teams engaged during those long strategy sessions or client presentations. The large wall-mounted TV dominates one wall, and we keep HDMI cables at the ready so you can connect your laptop in seconds. Glass walls with frosted detailing surround the room, giving you privacy while maintaining that open feel that helps ideas flow. Above, our contemporary orange light fixture ties the whole look together, casting warm light across the polished surfaces. Just outside your meeting room door, you'll find our communal tea station where teams naturally congregate between sessions. We stock it with proper mugs, teaspoons and glasses throughout the day, and our receptionist will show you where everything is when you arrive. They'll also get you connected to our high-speed Wi-Fi and handle any last-minute requests that come up. The kitchenette sits nearby with sink and storage for any refreshments you bring along. We're happy for you to bring outside food and drinks, though we do add a £5 per person cleaning fee when meals are involved. The adjacent soft seating area works perfectly for those informal catch-ups before or after your main meeting. Our venue sits just five minutes on foot from both Old Street Station and Farringdon, with the Elizabeth Line making journeys even quicker these days. The air conditioning keeps the room comfortable year-round, and we've made sure our ground floor facilities are fully wheelchair accessible, including the accessible WC. Once you wrap up, Clerkenwell's restaurants and Barbican's cultural spots are right on the doorstep for continuing conversations over lunch or dinner.
