The Mercia Room brings a burst of energy to your next meeting with its signature orange chairs and bold geometric wall patterns. We've designed this space to accommodate up to 30 people, with flexible configurations that work whether you're planning a formal board meeting for 20 or a presentation for a larger audience. Step into a room where contemporary design meets practical functionality. The bright orange seating creates an atmosphere that keeps people engaged, while our sleek white tables provide plenty of workspace for laptops, documents, and coffee cups. That large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall? It's positioned perfectly for everyone to see your presentations clearly, no matter where they're seated. We know different meetings need different setups, so we've made The Mercia Room completely adaptable. Arrange it boardroom-style for those strategic planning sessions with 20 colleagues, set up classroom rows for training workshops, create a U-shape for interactive discussions, or go theatre-style when you need all 30 seats facing forward. The textured grey walls with their striking black-and-white geometric patterns add visual interest without creating distractions. Our venue sits in Barnwood with excellent transport connections. Junction 11A of the M5 is just minutes away, making it straightforward for attendees coming from Bristol, Birmingham, or anywhere along the motorway corridor. Local buses stop nearby, and we're only two miles from the city centre with its train station. There's plenty of on-site parking too, so nobody needs to circle the block looking for a space.
