Our Courtyard View room brings meetings into the daylight, with full-length glass bifold doors that open directly onto our secret garden courtyard. When the weather cooperates, you can throw open the entire wall and let fresh air flow through your discussions, or keep them closed and still enjoy garden views through floor-to-ceiling glass that bathes the space in natural light. We've arranged the room to adapt to however you prefer to work. For board meetings, we seat 20 comfortably around the table. Teaching a workshop? The classroom setup accommodates 18 with proper writing space. Planning a presentation? Theatre style fits 45, while drinks receptions can host up to 55 guests moving freely between inside and our courtyard. We also configure U-shaped layouts for 20 or cabaret style for 18 when you need tables for group work. Practical details matter when you're focused on business. Our smart board and projector handle any presentation needs, while the flip chart stands ready for brainstorming sessions. The room's own fridge keeps refreshments cold, and with tea and coffee facilities plus a sink and worktop, you won't need to interrupt important conversations to track down basics. Strong WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout. Access couldn't be simpler, with our lift serving all floors and accessible facilities including dedicated parking spaces for those who need them. The room sits within our Edshed building, a modern addition nestled behind our 500-year-old Tudor premises, combining contemporary meeting facilities with the character of our historic site. Whether you're planning morning strategy sessions, afternoon training, or evening community gatherings, this adaptable space works around your schedule. The courtyard connection transforms ordinary meetings into something more memorable, where natural light and garden views create an atmosphere that keeps minds fresh and conversations flowing.
