Suite 7 sits on our first floor, where morning light pours through the expansive windows, illuminating a space that transforms to match your meeting's needs. We've furnished this room with warm wooden tables and red upholstered chairs that our regular clients find comfortable even during day-long strategy sessions. The room's flexibility sets it apart, accommodating up to 55 people in theatre configuration when you're presenting to larger groups, or creating an intimate boardroom setting for 20 when deeper discussion matters more. We regularly rearrange the space into classroom style for 25 participants during training workshops, or U-shape for 20 when interaction between attendees drives the agenda. The modular furniture moves easily, letting us reconfigure between sessions if your day requires different formats. Your presentations run smoothly with our LCD screen and flipchart ready for use, while multiple power sockets around the room keep everyone's devices charged throughout the day. We manage the air conditioning centrally, adjusting the temperature as the room fills and the day progresses, so you stay focused on content rather than comfort. Just outside Suite 7, the shared breakout area provides space where conversations naturally continue over coffee. Many groups use this area for informal networking between agenda items, and we keep refreshments stocked throughout your booking. Our dedicated event manager checks your requirements are met without disrupting your flow. The eight-minute walk from Watford Junction station means your attendees reach us easily from Central London, while avoiding the congestion and costs of more central venues.
